 Hi! I'm so glad you stumbled upon this page so I have the opportunity to introduce myself to you and your lovely family! It's important to me that the families I work with feel confident with their selected care team. I understand my privilege in being welcomed into your journey during this vulnerable time and will always tenaciously protect the peace and well-being of your family every step of the way.  I understand that you may be sleep deprived and/ or stressed, but rest assured I will listen to you, be your advocate, and will "shine the light" so you can see! I will work diligently to make sure you and your family are comfortable, and confident in your baby's feeding plan.

Now,  a little bit about me!  :) 

I began my career in Buffalo, NY as a Registered Nurse on a high-risk antepartum/postpartum unit where I worked for 10 years caring for patients and their new little ones after birth. It was here that my interest in breastfeeding blossomed into passion with a yearning to learn more!  I felt compelled to shift my career focus on becoming a practitioner of all-things lactation, so I could assist patients on a more comprehensive level in the hospital, and at home after discharge.  After the required clinical hours were met and studying completed, I sat for the boards and became an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant! It wasn't long after that my family and I decided to trade blizzards for hurricanes and move down to the Sunshine State! After continuing in the acute care setting, I decided to establish my own lactation practice in 2022 so I could extend my proficiency and guidance to patients in the outpatient setting.  

I feel so blessed to have such a rewarding vocation where I can build lasting relationships with families, support parents in achieving their infant feeding goals and help start baby's life with the  life-long benefits of breast milk.
